Description
As Office Manager, you will act as the central point of contact for all office-related matters and play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient and welcoming work environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operations and overall organization of the office.
- Coordinating suppliers, facility management partners, and external service providers.
- Ensuring office spaces are functional, well-maintained, and fully equipped.
- Organizing internal meetings, events, and company activities.
- Managing office budgets, invoices, and administrative processes.
- Supporting HR-related administration, including onboarding and employee documentation.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and meeting logistics.
- Providing administrative support to the local leadership team.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency.
- You have previous experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar position.
- You can demonstrate a successful track record in a professional office environment.
- You have an excellent command of English combined with either French or Dutch.
- Knowledge of the third language (French or Dutch) is considered a strong asset.
- You are highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- You have strong attention to detail and a professional approach.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office and common administrative tools.
