- Manage the legal side of transactions from start to finish
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and related documentation
- Analyse tax and social law implications within transactional files
- Identify risks, inconsistencies and optimisation opportunities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process
- Maintain rigorous structure, documentation and follow-up
- Provide tailored, high-quality advice (no "one-size-fits-all")
- Master of Laws with 2-8 years' experience, ideally in M&A or tax
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to challenge positions when needed
- Excellent attention to detail and a sharp ability to detect inconsistencies
- Robust tax reflexes and a naturally transactional mindset
- Professional, assertive and confident - able to stand your ground
- Pragmatic, clear, no-nonsense communicator
- Comfortable with variable workload and able to self-manage peaks
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Proactive, structured and ownership-driven
